Dear 5th Grade Families,

We are excited you are interested in Band as one of your electives for 6th grade!  Signing up is easy!

Fill out your schedule request card with BAND as your #1 elective choice

• Attend the 5th grade Parent Meeting via Microsoft Teams (Online) on Tuesday, March 25th at 6:30 pm 

This is when you'll sign up for an interview time slot at our Instrument Selection Day. If you're unable to attend the meeting, please email Mrs. Maloy (jmaloy@ccisd.net). Saturday, March 29th, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at Westbrook Intermediate

The band directors will help you try out the different instruments to find what will fit you best! Expect this to take about 20-30 minutes. 

• Interested in Percussion? Attend our Percussion Interview Friday, March 28th, starting at 4:30 pm, AND Instrument Selection Day, Saturday, March 29th 

Parents or guardians must attend the 5th grade Parent Information Meeting to sign up for an audition time slot. Students who do not make the percussion class will play their March 29th instrument selection. A parent or guardian must attend
